Terms of service
These terms apply when you use VisitorFix, operated by VisitorFix. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
VisitorFix gives you a script to add to websites you control. It records problems visitors run into and turns them into summaries and suggested fix instructions. Suggestions are written automatically: review changes before you publish them. We don't guarantee that every problem is caught or that every suggestion is correct.
Your responsibilities
- Only install the script on websites you own or are allowed to change.
- Tell your visitors about it in your own privacy policy where the law requires it.
- Don't use the service to collect personal data, attack other websites, or get around its limits.
- Keep your login email and API keys safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, under their buyer terms. Prices can change; we'll email you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then moves to Free. We don't give refunds for partial months, except where the law or Polar's buyer terms require one.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it's provided as is, without warranties. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect.
